Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases of DBF Rescue Pro licenses when checkout is enabled. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing dbfrescue@gmail.com.

What to include

• Purchase email
• Approximate purchase date
• Reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve)

License status after a refund

Approved refunds may revoke the corresponding license. Activation checks may stop working after revocation.

Abuse and fraud

We may deny refund requests that involve fraud, chargeback abuse, or other misuse. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
